Our truffle honey is an exceptional product with subtle aromas that deserve to be carefully preserved. Once opened, store in a cool, dry place away from light and humidity, ideally at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Be sure to reseal the jar after each use to avoid any premature crystallisation or alteration of its flavour. If crystals form naturally over time, a light bain-marie at low temperature will be enough to restore its fluid texture without compromising its quality.
