An atmosphere in harmony with the truffle

As you pass through our doors, you'll discover a space designed with natural, raw materials such as stone and wood, a direct nod to the environment where our precious truffles come to life.

Our light stone floor evokes the limestone soils in which our truffles grow, while the solid oak wood, the tree of choice for their cultivation, adds a warm and authentic touch. We have selected local materials, minimally processed, that are respectful of nature and the spirit of the truffle, which, it is said, does not much appreciate being uprooted.

Even our magnificent trees, which marked the identity of our previous shop at number 30 for a decade, have been carefully relocated to maintain this unique connection with nature.
