La saison de la truffe noire d'hiver (Melanosporum) s'est terminée la semaine dernière (11 avril).
For four months, we have done everything possible to offer you the best of black truffles every day. From the truffle hunter to the consumer, the shortest circuit, the greatest freshness, and transparency regarding the quality and ripeness of the product throughout the season—these have been the principles that have guided us for another season.
In terms of harvested volumes and quality, taking a step back, we can consider that nature has given us a wonderful gift with a very beautiful season.
For the next part ... the summer truffle is slowly starting to arrive, however it is not yet ripe, we will have to wait until early June.
We are also tracking the black winter truffle from the Southern Hemisphere, which is expected to arrive in June.
