Although truffles live underground and the use of chemicals on the surface does nothing to improve production, we wanted to go one step further. We have developed a range of products that are entirely organically grown 🌱. And therefore even more respectful of the earth and its people. 

This truffle range is not only organic, but also vegan and gluten-free. It includes our flagship products, tartufata, oil and carpaccio, in organic versions.
