The excellence of the truffles we select is our pride and joy. We select only top-quality, calibrated and cleaned truffles. We offer them only when they have reached an acceptable degree of maturity. 

We favour “short food supply chain” and offer mainly Italian 🇮🇹  and French 🇫🇷 truffles . In order to guarantee the freshness of our truffles, the time between harvesting and arrival in the store does not exceed 48 hours. We have fresh truffles of different varieties depending on the season, from late May to late-March.
