Autumn black truffle
Product description
The autumn black truffle, commonly known as the ‘Burgundy truffle’, is sometimes difficult to distinguish from its summer sister, sometimes earning it the nickname of late summer truffle. Compared with the summer truffle, its flesh is brown with beige streaks. It has a subtly pleasant, woody fragrance, although less pronounced than that of the black winter truffle.
